RCFL Operator Trainee Recruitment 2026 Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications: Full time & regular B.Sc. (Chemistry) Degree with Physics as one of the subjects + passing of NCVT examination in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) Trade (AO(CP)) OR Full time & regular Three Years’ Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology + successful completion of 1 Year Training (BOAT) under Apprentice Act OR 4 years’/3½ years’ Sandwich Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology.
- Minimum Percentage: Minimum 55% marks in last year / aggregate of last two semesters of qualifying examination (50% for SC/ST category candidates).
RCFL Operator Trainee 2026 Salary
- During 6-month training: Consolidated stipend of Rs. 22,000/- per month.
- Hostel Accommodation/quarter on sharing basis (free of cost) during training.
- Medical Facility for self at RCF Hospital + Sports Complex facility.
- After successful completion of training: Absorbed in Grade II-(A6) in Pay Scale Rs. 22,000-60,000.
- Total Monthly Gross Salary at minimum of scale (approx.): Rs. 47,800/- (Basic + VDA 53.4% + Perks 34% + HRA 30% for Class A cities).
- Company accommodation (subject to availability) in lieu of HRA, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical for self & dependents, Gratuity, CPF, Accident Insurance, Social Security Schemes.

Selection Process
- Computer Based Online Objective Type Test (100 questions, 90 minutes, 200 marks with negative marking).
- Document Scrutiny of provisionally shortlisted candidates (1:7 ratio).
- Skill Test (Qualifying nature – 100 marks, minimum 60 marks required, 55 for SC/ST).
- Final Selection on the basis of Online Test marks (100% weightage). Skill Test is qualifying only.
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
