Educational Qualification

• Gram Sevak (Class-3): Bachelor of Rural Studies (except Home Science) / B.Sc.(Agriculture) / B.E.(Agriculture) / B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) / B.Sc.(Horticulture) OR Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agriculture Engineering / Polytechnic Diploma in Agriculture Co-operation, Banking & Marketing from recognized University + Basic knowledge of computer applications + Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
• Pashudhan Nirikshak / Livestock Inspector (Class-3): Three years Diploma in Animal Husbandry from recognized University / Institution (Distance Learning not eligible) + Basic knowledge of computer applications + Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Pay Scale/ Salary

• Fixed Salary (First 5 Years): ₹26,000 per month
• Regular Pay Scale (After 5 years)
• Additional Benefits: Allowances as applicable under Gujarat government rules (subject to regularization)
• Probation Period: 5 years on fixed salary, followed by regular appointment upon satisfactory service
