UKSSSC Driver 2026 Age Limit
Age limit (as on 01.07.2026): 18-42 years (for some posts) / 21-42 years (for other posts). Age relaxation applicable as per Uttarakhand Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Divyang/Ex-Servicemen etc.
UKSSSC Driver 2026 Qualification
- Passed Class 8th from a recognised institution + Valid Driving Licence for heavy/light vehicle with minimum 3 years driving experience (as on notification date).
- Additional Requirement (for NCC Department): Valid Driving Licence for both heavy and light vehicles.
- Preferential Qualification: High School passed / Vehicle mechanic knowledge / Minimum 2 years service in Territorial Army / NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate (for direct recruitment).

UKSSSC Driver 2026 Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed in Pay Scale Level-03 (Rs. 21,700 – 69,100) as per 7th Pay Commission along with other allowances as admissible under Uttarakhand Government rules.

UKSSSC Driver Selection Process 2026
- Written Examination: 25 marks (Objective type – Driving & General Knowledge)
- Driving Test (Practical): 75 marks
- Minimum qualifying marks: 45% (UR/OBC) / 35% (SC/ST) in written exam and 50% in Driving Test
- Final merit list prepared on the basis of total marks of Written Exam + Driving Test

- Step 2: Fill personal, educational and driving licence details.
- Step 3: Upload scanned documents (8th mark sheet, Driving Licence both sides, category certificate, experience certificate, photo, signature, left thumb impression).
- Step 4: Pay the application fee online and submit the form.
- Step 5: Take a printout of the final submitted application for future reference.
