Qualification – Standard 12 Pass (10+2) from Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board or equivalent. Basic Computer Knowledge Certificate as per Gujarat Government resolution dated 13/08/2008 is also required.
Experience – Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (HGV/HPV/PSV) issued by RTO. PSV Badge is mandatory at the time of online application. Minimum 4 years of experience driving heavy vehicles (including diesel buses) after obtaining HGV/HPV licence. Experience certificate from transporter/company is required. (Break period not counted in experience.)
Computer Knowledge – Basic computer knowledge certificate from a recognized training institution as per Gujarat Government resolution No. CRR-10-2007-120320-G-5, Dt. 13/08/2008; OR computer diploma/degree/certificate from a recognized university; OR Std. 10 / 12 with Computer as a subject.
Driving Licence & PSV Badge –
Male: Valid Heavy Vehicle Licence (HGV/HPV/PSV) from RTO for public vehicle + PSV Badge. Licence must be at least 4 years old.
Female: Valid Heavy Vehicle Licence + PSV Badge mandatory at the time of applying. Smart Card Driving Licence (not manual/book-type) required at document verification.
