National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 Eligibility like Age Limit | Qualification | Application Fee as under.

Age Limit:

• Applicant Minimum Age: —

• Age Limit as on 10-06-2026
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules for Reserved Category candidates.

Educational Qualification:

Qualification required for each post are as follows:

• Operator (HEMM) Gr. III : 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration in Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) trade or 1 year duration in Diesel Mechanic Trade, with apprenticeship certificate in MMV or Diesel Mechanic Trade. Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence required. First Aid training certificate desirable.
• Mining Mate Gr. III : 10th with valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency (Restricted to Opencast Metalliferous Mines) being issued by DGMS. First Aid certificate preferable.
• Jr. Foreman (Mines) : Diploma in Mining/Mining Engineering with valid Mining Foreman Certificate of Competency (Restricted to Opencast Metalliferous Mines) being issued by DGMS.
• Jr. Foreman (Electrical) : Diploma in Electrical Engineering (full time regular course) from a recognized University/Institution, plus valid Supervisory Certificate of Competency (M.V/H.T/E.H.T) issued by the Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha covering Mining installations.**
• SUPT(JOT)-Operator & Operator Gr. III : 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Electronics Mechanic/Technician Mechatronics/Electrician/Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic/Fitter Trade of 2 years duration, along with apprenticeship certificate.
• SUPT(JOT)-Fitter & Technician (Fitter) Gr. III : 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Fitter Trade of 2 years duration, along with apprenticeship certificate.
• SUPT(JOT)-Electrical & Technician (Electrical) Gr. III : 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Electrician Trade of 2 years duration, along with apprenticeship certificate.
• SUPT(JOT)-Laboratory : B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry.
• SUPT(JOT)-Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic & Technician (Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic) Gr. III : 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic Trade of 2 years duration, along with apprenticeship certificate.

NALCO Non-Executive Vacancy 2026 Salary:

NALCO Non-Executive Salary as per govt rule.

• Stipend during SUPT Training (12 months) – Rs. 12,000/- per month
• Stipend during JOT Training – First 12 months – Rs. 15,000/- per month
• Stipend during JOT Training – Remaining period – Rs. 15,500/- per month
• T0 Grade: Rs. 29,500 – 3% – 70,000/- (Induction Level)
• S0 Grade: Rs. 36,500 – 3% – 1,15,000/- (Induction Level for Jr. Foreman posts)
